Responsibilities
- Manage patient appointments, insurance verification, and billing inquiries.
- Guide patients through treatment plans, explaining procedures and costs.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Provide exceptional front-desk service and uphold the practice's brand image.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, EagleSoft).
- Knowledge of dental insurance workflows and ability to explain financial options.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
